Assalamu Alaikum,
If there is one thing we all have in common, besides being Muslim, is that we were all once freshman. Some of us entered our freshman year having known no one and others entered knowing family members or friends. For those who knew someone at the university, they had somewhat of an advantage. They had someone to ask for help, to ask for advice, or to simply socialize with. For those who did not have the opportunity of knowing someone may have felt helpess at times, not having the support we all so very needed. After many long hours in research, along with the dedication and selflessness of MSA members, we have established a potential cure to end freshmanitis.

This upcoming Tuesday, a few of the Freshmen sisters will be spearheading a bake sale, along with NJPIRG, for the project of “Fighting Hunger & Homelessness in Newark”. The bake sale table will be on 1st Floor of Robeson from about 11-6pm . We are encouraging everyone to please help out as much as possible and to spread the word as well. After all, it is for a good cause.
